Omberg Asado PRO
Argentine Asado Grill for Professional and High-End Installations
The Omberg Asado Gaucho PRO is built for a specific kind of installation: restaurant kitchens, luxury outdoor terraces, and private setups where the grill is the centrepiece of the cooking environment, not a convenience. It is not a mass-market product and it is not priced as one.
What Makes It Different
The PRO features a reinforced rear masonry structure that makes it well suited to covered outdoor installations where heat retention, structural integrity, and long service hours are the primary requirements. It is built to perform under sustained use and to hold up in a kitchen that runs the grill multiple days a week.
The cooking system is the same traditional Argentine asado method used across the Asado Gaucho range: wood burns separately in the brasero, creating glowing embers that are moved beneath the V-grates. Heat is managed manually by adjusting grate height. The fire is the only heat source. There are no thermostats, no gas lines, and no shortcuts.
Who It Is For
- Professional restaurants and fire-focused culinary concepts
- Luxury outdoor kitchen installations in private homes
- Built-in installations in covered outdoor terraces and patios.
- Projects where lead time, bespoke installation, and long-term performance are the deciding factors
Because of its size, weight, and installation requirements, every Asado Gaucho PRO order starts with a conversation. We do not recommend ordering without talking to us first.
Talk to Us Before You Order
We recommend a direct consultation before purchasing the Asado Gaucho PRO. We will walk you through the specifications, installation requirements, lead times, and how the grill fits your specific project , whether that is a covered outdoor terrace, a private estate, or a restaurant with a dedicated outdoor grill setup.
Reach out to us by email or phone and we will arrange a time to talk. Our contact details are in the footer of this page.
