The Omberg built-in asado range is designed to sit inside an outdoor kitchen or stone surround. Each model uses the same V-grate and brasero system as the freestanding Gaucho series, giving you full control over heat by adjusting the distance between the grates and the charcoal bed. All models are made from 304-grade stainless steel and are built to handle regular wood-fired cooking over many years.
