The Omberg Asado Gaucho range is built around the traditional Argentine parrilla — a style of grill where wood is burned in a side firebox called a brasero, and the resulting charcoal is transferred under height-adjustable V-grates to cook the food. Every grill in this range is made from 304-grade stainless steel and comes with four wheels for easy positioning. Whether you cook for two or twenty, there is a size in the Gaucho range to match.
