No talk about gas or charcoal – here, it’s all about wood (although charcoal works too). Built solid and offers a large grilling surface. The grill grate is cleverly designed to separate out excess fat, which minimizes dripping onto the firebed and prevents flare-ups. This results in better flavor and is much healthier.

If you're planning to grill with wood only, make sure to set aside plenty of time. A mix of wood and charcoal is recommended. Get yourself some good tools to easily move the coals around to where you want them.
