Asado Gaucho 1200 Stainless Steel Rod Grates
These stainless steel rod grates are designed specifically for the ASADO GAUCHO 1200. Built to enhance high-heat grilling, they allow for improved heat flow and a more direct cooking experience.
The rod construction increases airflow from the fire, making them ideal for intense grilling where strong, even heat is essential. A built-in front spacer ensures the grates sit flat and horizontal, without tilt, giving you a stable cooking surface.
An added advantage is the flexibility they offer. You can easily place a griddle plate or pot on top and keep it level, making it easier to cook with precision when needed.
Each grate measures 36 x 50 cm, and two grates are required to cover the full cooking surface of the grill.
A solid upgrade for the Asado Gaucho 1200. You can place the Carbon Steel Griddle directly on top of the rod grates for plancha-style cooking on the same grill.
